Rick has been a serious investor for more than 30 years and has found that creating multiple streams of income is key to wealth building. A large part of Rick’s success can be attributed to his friendly, personable nature and infectious smile. He established The Heritage Group in 2003 in Guelph, a city which holds a special place in his heart.

Rick has been married to his beautiful wife Zonya for more than 30 years. Together they’ve raised three grown children and have recently been blessed with grandchildren. Rick has never been happier. He is passionate about travel, family and even admits to being a Toronto Maple Leafs fan.
Beau Banerjee - VP Business Development, Financial Advisor CIM

Beau has spent the past decade in financial services supporting Financial Advisors and Canadians; most recently as Regional VP leading a team of professionals across Ontario and Manitoba. Beau brings his expertise, enthusiasm and leadership to The Heritage Group, guiding and coaching our clients with his primary focus on understanding client needs and implementing strategies and solutions to achieve their goals.

Beau and his amazing wife Kristy, along with their two children, love adventuring together. Beau has a passion for teaching his children and equipping the next generation with the tools to reach financial success.
Steve Maciesza - Professional Financial Advisor PFA, EPC, CEA

Steve is a Professional Financial Advisor and is dedicated to providing independent, objective advice and integrated wealth creation and protection solutions that will simplify your life and provide true "peace of mind."

Steve works hard to ensure that every client will receive the personal attention to detail required to meet their financial goals. He is committed to your best interests and assures a level of service and integrity that will put your needs first.

Kristy-Lee Banerjee - Office Manager

Kristy is responsible for managing the daily investment needs at the Heritage Group where she executes trades and manages portfolio details with precision and speed. She has been in the financial services industry for 6 years and brings her flair for multi-tasking with a smile to The Heritage Group. She will ensure that you are up-to-date on anything that is required to manage your account successfully.

Kristy is married to Beau and has two young children who keep her very busy. She strives to maintain a well-balanced life and her interest outside of work include quilting diamond painting, and being outdoors.
Lucas Maciesza - Technical Coordinator
​
Lucas is responsible for all technical needs at The Heritage Group from setting up computers to helping clients receive their online statements. He also assists with data entry and organizing client files. Lucas has been in the technical industry for 15 years and enjoys teaching others about the newest technological updates.
His interest outside of work includes his love for animals, the outdoors and playing the piano. He has been known to share the best lunches at the office with his flare for cooking.
Amanda Maciesza - Office Administrator

Amanda is responsible for office admin at The Heritage Group. She has been working on streamlining our files and ensuring their accuracy. She assists with trades, filing and office organization. She has a love for helping others and is a great asset to our team.

Amanda is Married to Lucas and together they have two wonderful kids. Amanda loves camping, hiking and being outdoors.
